Footage of police beating causes investigation into use of force

The San Bernardino County Sheriff has ordered an investigation related to an arrest yesterday that was caught on video.

Aerial footage captured by a local NBC news chopper shows a suspect, identified as Francis Jared Pusok,  falling off of a horse after leading police on a wild chase.

The police's actions, in which they appear to punch,  kick and knee Pusok, was described as "disturbing" by San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon.

We'll talk about the incident, and how police used force n the arrest with Greg Meyer, he's a former Captain with the LAPD and an expert on use of force.
