The $1.1 trillion omnibus budget bill is on its way to President Obama's office after being approved by the Senate this past weekend, and there's a lot in it for the Golden State. For example$37 million for the California Bay-Delta restoration program and separate funding for other water-related projects like modifications for the Folsom Dam and protection for the Sacramento River bank. 

Michael Doyle of McClatchy Newspapers joins the show to wade through the 1,000 plus page document, which also dropped the federal ban on medical marijuana.
