Border Patrol: No charges against agents in review
The Border Patrol recently conducted an internal review of 67 incidents involving the use of deadly force from January 2010 to October 2012.

The Border Patrol recently conducted an internal review of 67 incidents involving the use of deadly force from January 2010 to October 2012.

The Border Patrol recently conducted an internal review of 67 incidents involving the use of deadly force from January 2010 to October 2012.

It has been determined that none of the agents involved in the incidents will have charges brought against them.

Bob Ortega, senior reporter with the Arizona Republic, discussed the results of the report.
