The President-elect outlined how he plans to limit conflicts of interest; he also shouted down CNN's Jim Acosta and called Buzzfeed "garbage."

This morning, President-elect Donald Trump held his first press conference since July.

At the Trump Tower in Manhattan, Trump was quick to slam several media organizations, while praising other news sources.

He criticized the drug industry, and he beamed when talking about the current mood of this country; he also fired back at Buzzfeed, which posted an unsubstantiated dossier detailing allegations about Donald Trump and Russia.

The President-elect went as far as to call the site a "pathetic pile of garbage."
