French author and philosopher, Bernard-Henri Levy retraced Daniel Pearl's final footsteps, and those of his killers, in order to investigate the Pearl slaying. Levy's findings led him to conclude that Daniel Pearl was not killed because he was Jewish and American, but rather because he was about to reveal the existence of a stunning network of terrorists with connections to high-ranking elements of the Pakistani government. Mr. Levy's new book is called Who Killed Daniel Pearl (Melville House).
