The 2006 Tour De France was one of the closest races in the event's 103 year history. Floyd Landis, who showed up 9 seconds late for the race's opening, took the lead in Stage 16 but later fell back to eleventh place. Remarkably, Landis made up his 8 minute gap and went on to win the Tour. His incredible victory was soon marred by scandal when it was revealed that Landis had tested positive for banned performance-enhancing drugs. Landis has since appealed the test results and is awaiting a decision by the USADA (U.S. Anti-Doping Agency). Larry talks to Landis about his new book, Positively False, which tells his side of the controversial story.
