Larry Mantle explores a corruption scandal in Bakersfield that involves prominent men who preyed on teen-age boys for decades, the conspiracy to cover up their secret lives and the death of a man that gave new life to the rumors that a group of powerful gay men called "The Lords of Bakersfield" really existed.
