Reacting to the recent housing and sub-prime mortgage market collapse, Donald J. Tomnitz, the CEO of D.R. Horton Inc., the nation's largest homebuilder, offered his most blunt assessment of the market in his presentation to an investor conference. He said, "new home prices will continue to decrease this year as builders try to sell the glut of houses currently available." He further stated that the market outlook of 2007 "is going to suck, all 12 months of the calendar year." Guest host Jon Beaupre talks with experts about the ramifications of this sub-prime mortgage market fallout.
