Host Larry Mantle talks about Proposition 66 which would amend the current "Three Strikes" sentencing to require that a second and third strike offense be a serious or violent felony, in order for the longer sentences required under Three Strikes to apply. Joining him to discuss the issue is Brian Gurwitz, senior Deputy District Attorney for Orange County, who is taking a leave to be the deputy campaign manager for “No on 66”, and Geri Silva, Executive Director, Families to Amend California’s Three Strikes.
