Proposition 6

Larry and guests take on another proposition that will be on the California ballot next month. This time, it's Proposition 6, otherwise known as the "Safe Neighborhoods Act" to those who favor the plan. The measure asks voters to approve an extra 365 million dollars from the state's general fund for police to enforce tougher crime penalties for crimes like like gang violence. Independent analysts say the price tag may actually be higher: 500 million dollars a year. And those who oppose the measure site cost as the main reason to vote it down. Larry talks with Cyn Yamashiro, Spokesman for "No" on Proposition 6, and Michael Reynolds, Spokesman for "Yes" on Proposition 6.
