It seemed simple enough when the decision was made to put Measure B on the March ballot: faced with concerns about carbon emissions and dependence on foreign oil, LA would do its part by having the Department of Water and Power install solar panels on rooftops throughout the area. The question, however, is how much will it all cost? Larry talks with S. David Freeman of the "Yes" on B campaign, and Noel Weiss, of the "No" on B campaign. Weiss is also a candidate for City Attorney.
