Tony Blair announced today that he would resign after a ten-year term as Prime Minister on June 27th. The Labour leader was 43 years old when he took office in 1997, ending 18-years of Tory rule in Britain. Larry talks with Kal Raustiala, director of the Burkle Center for International Relations at UCLA, and with Catherine Mayor, London Bureau Chief for Time Magazine about Blair's impact and significance.
