LACMA Remote: The Photography And Life Of Ansel Adams
"Talk of the City" host Kitty Felde fills in for Larry Mantle in a live remote broadcast at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Kitty leads a distinguished panel of experts in a discussion of Ansel Adams at 100, LACMA's new exhibit which brings together more than 100 of the artist's finest photographs. This exhibit, opening Sunday, February 2nd marks the first fundamental reevaluation of Adams' work since his death in 1984. Kitty talks with Robert Sobieszek, Curator of Photography and Deputy Director of Artistic Strategic Initiatives at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, John Szarkowski , Guest Curator and Author of Ansel Adams at 100, and William Turnage, Managing Trustee of the Ansel Adams Publishing Trust.
