Jon Beaupre talks with Dr. Joe McIlhaney, Jr. MD, founder and president of the Medical Institute for Sexual Health and member of the President's AIDS panel. Also joining Jon is Eric Sawyer, co-founder of ACT-UP, an AIDS activist group. Together, they talk about the administration’s criticism of condom use and how it influences federally distributed information on STDs.
