The IPCC released its third report on global warming today, this time focusing on solutions to the crisis. Meeting in Bangkok, the international delegates agreed the best way to avert a disastrous spike in global temperatures is to greatly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Larry discusses the report's findings and Congress' proposed legislation addressing global warming with Professor Charles D. Kolstad of the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at UCSB, and Ann Carlson, Faculty Director of the UCLA Environmental Law Center.
