There's no instant replay in baseball! But there could be... MLB's General Managers voted 25-to-5 in favor of a measure that would allow instant replay to be used to help umpires make calls in specific situations. Though baseball commissioner Bud Selig opposes the use of replays, he recently said he was willing to let the GMs examine the issue. Larry talks with LA Times' baseball writer, Mike DiGiovanna, and L.A. Times sports columnist Bill Plaschke, and opens the phones for fans to weigh in on the proposed plan which needs the approval of owners, umpires, and the players' association before it can be implemented.
