What kind of humanitarian relief is available inside Iraq, and what is waiting to go in when the shooting stops? Joining host Larry Mantle is Denis Halliday, former UN Assistant Secretary General and Head of the United Nations in Iraq in 1997-98. Mr. Halliday oversaw the Oil-For-Food Program, run by the UN and the Iraqi government. Also speaking with Larry is Nicholas be Torrent Executive Director of Doctors Without Borders and Anwar Khan, National Fundraising Coordinator of Islamic Relief in the United States. They discuss the humanitarian needs already existing inside Iraq, and what the war might do to turn those needs into a crisis.
