The LAPD's recent crackdown on crime and blight around downtown L.A.'s skid row has triggered a migration of homeless people who are leaving for other communities. Larry talks with Joel Roberts of People Assisting the Homeless (PATH) and Brenda Wilson of New Image Shelter, about the migration which has placed strain on homeless service providers in other areas including Echo Park, South LA, Hollywood, and Santa Monica.
