California college students might get a break next year in the form of a fee freeze. Governor Schwarzenegger is expected to propose a budget plan that'll give an additional $75 million dollars for the University of California and about $54 million dollars for the California State University. If lawmakers approve his proposal, the UC and CSU systems will keep fees at the current level. Guest host Ten Chen talks with Charles Reed, Chancellor of the Cal State University System, and H.D. Palmer, Deputy Director, California State Department of Finance.
