On Thursday the House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee passed a long-awaited carbon cap-and-trade bill which is designed to reduce carbon emissions. Some opponents of the bill say it doesn't not go far to curb greenhouse gases and want even more drastic measures to prevent global warming.
