Civil rights groups in Israel have asked Israeli courts to review the location of the security fence separating parts of the West Bank from Israeli settlements. In addition, the International Court of Justice will consider whether the very existence of the security fence contravenes international law. Is the fence necessary to stem the current tide of violence? Is it a permanent demarcation? Experts Mark Rosenblum, founder and policy director of Americans for Peace Now, and Zvi Vapni, Deputy Consul General of the Israeli Consulate in Los Angeles join host Larry Mantle to discuss the issue.
