Bullying in the information age
The problem of bullying is as old as time. Unsupervised, many playgrounds would descend into Lord of the Flies territory. But with the advent of Twitter, FaceBook and web 2.0, today's children have new places to be cruel to one another. This perpetual connectedness makes kids vulnerable to bullying everywhere - not just at school or on the playground. Larry invites listeners to call in and share their experiences with bullying. How has bullying impacted your family? What can parents do? To what extent has social media made things worse and what, if anything, can be done about that?
