Brian Wilson

As a member of the Beach Boys and though his solo work, Brian Wilson is regarded as one of the greatest American composers of popular music. His songs such as "Good Vibrations" and "California Girls" are not only beloved classics, but are closely identified with the lifestyle and outlook of Southern California. Last year, Wilson released his critically-acclaimed new album "That Lucky Old Sun," filled with odes and celebrations that further evoke the California spirit. Rolling Stone has praised the album as "Brian's strongest new work in years." This week, a companion DVD to "That Lucky Old Sun" will be released, including a live performance of the album in the Capitol Records studios and a feature length documentary.
