Billy Graham’s Crusade
Billy Graham comes to the Rose Bowl for his Greater Los Angeles Crusade, his ninth and final Crusade in the Southland. A huge number of followers are expected to come to see the 86 year-old evangelist, who is frail and suffering from Parkinson's disease. Crusade organizers say that 1,400 churches have signed on as sponsors and nearly 20,0000 volunteers will attend to thousands of participants who make their way to the 4-day revival at the Bowl in Pasadena. Larry Mantle talks about the event with Bishop Kenneth Ulmer of the Faithful Central Bible Church in Inglewood, and Dr. Lloyd Ogilvie, former US Senate Chaplain and former pastor at the Hollywood Presbyterian Church. Both guests are co-sponsors of the event.
