A report issued Monday by the Anglican Church criticized the decision by the Episcopal Church to consecrate a gay bishop last November and demanded an apology from the American church. The report also strongly recommended that the Episcopal Church refrain from promoting clergy who are living in same-sex relationships. Larry Mantle discusses the report’s recommendations with Episcopal Church rectors, one conservative and one liberal. Joining him is Reverend J. Edwin Bacon, Jr., Rector, All Saints Church in Pasadena, and Reverend Canon Brian Cox, Rector, Christ the King Parish in Santa Barbara.
