Attorney General Eric Holder this morning announced the unsealing of four indictments against 14 people charged with aiding the Somali terrorist group al-Shabaab. That includes former San Diego resident and U.S. citizen Jehad Serwan Mostafa. US attorneys allege he conspired to provide material support—including himself as personnel—to terrorists.
