Blacks in America continue to have problems rising up the economic ladder. Historically this was blamed on societal ills and racial discrimination. But a new survey from Pew Research shows that attitudes are changing, and most Black Americans now see individual failings as the major factor in the achievement gap. Larry talks with social critics and pollsters about the research and what it says about race relations in America.
