Erin Mercer is a seasoned leader in Human Resources with over 20 years of experience working with notable organizations including Alaska Airlines, Hospital Corporation of America, and Pebble Beach Company. As Vice President of People and Culture, she brings strategic expertise and a deep commitment to fostering workplace excellence, inclusion and championing a culture where employees can thrive. Erin joined the organization in 2022 and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
