As vice president of people and culture, I lead our organization's human resources strategy with a focus on creating an environment where every employee can excel. My role encompasses talent development, organizational culture, employee engagement and ensuring our workplace reflects our values of excellence and inclusion. I work closely with leadership and teams across the organization to build programs and policies that support both individual growth and our collective success.
