The Newport Beach restaurant listed on the receipt of a patron who left a measly 1% tip and wrote that his waitress should "GET A REAL JOB" has responded. It's official. Angelenos may be able to vote on a new ballot initiative come November and see a new food label at grocery stores soon thereafter.
