Chef Monica Lee celebrates the release of her cookbook Sohn-mat: Recipes and Flavors of Korean Home Cooking (of the now-closed Beverly Soon Tofu). She joins fellow Korean chef Debbie Lee (Yi Cha/Joseon) for a collaborative, family-style dinner for one night. The menu includes homemade soft tofu, mandu, japchae and the iconic Beverly Soon Tofu soontofu. Cocktails, soju, wine and beer will also be served.
