Indie rockers Real Estate bring their sixth album, Daniel, on tour to the Bellwether this week. Pitchfork compared the band’s latest, an REM-inspired collection of songs recorded at Nashville’s RCA Studio A, to "having beers in your neighbor’s garage" – in a good way.
