Volunteers from the L.A. Astronomical Society, the L.A. Sidewalk Astronomers, and The Planetary Society will be on hand at Griffith Observatory to help point out constellations, the moon, visible planets, and other wonders of space at the monthly Public Star Party. You can try out all kinds of telescopes and talk to fellow amateur astronomers atop L.A.’s most famous lookout point.
