The collaborative dinner features live music, community and Indian-fusion-inspired dishes by Café Gratitude’s executive chef Dreux Ellis and chef Priyanka Naik, with the option to pair the menu alongside natural wines and non-alcoholic beverages. Taste the flavors of India with dishes such as amuse-bouche made with chaat masala, spicy tomato chutney and herbed coconut cream; a tamarind tofu bánh mì; and a mango mousse parfait for dessert.
