Several local spots are celebrating National Pasta Day, including Naples Ristorante in Anaheim, which will feature fall flavors like pumpkin ravioli and lasagne bolognese. Novikov in Beverly Hills will serve up gnocchi with pistachio pesto and buffalo mozzarella.
