Downtown Los Angeles’ rooftop bar Broken Shaker at the Freehand Hotel will host “Halloween Happy Hour,” running from 7 p.m. to closing on Halloween night. Alongside a DJ and tarot card reader, the bar is partnering with Amante Amaro to serve up three limited-edition and haunt-appropriate cocktails: Monster Mash, Witches’ Brew, and Beetlejuice.
