On Oct. 31, kids who visit any NORMS location eat for free, no purchase necessary, when they show up in their costumes. Valid all day on Halloween, children will be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the house.
Kids in costume get a free meal at Norms on Oct. 31.
