Go Fact Yourself is a pop culture trivia show hosted by J. Keith van Straaten (he/him) (Ask Me Another, Senior Writer) and Helen Hong (she/her) (Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me, recurring panelist).
On October 26, Nick Cho (he/him), aka Your Korean Dad, and actor/comedian/host Loni Love (she/her), plus other surprise guests, will join J. Keith and Helen for a trivia show like no other!

ABOUT LONI LOVE
Loni Love is a two-time EMMY, two-time NAACP Image & three-time Gracie Award-winning host, comedian, actress, author, and philanthropist. She has performed comedy all over the world and loves to make people laugh.
Loni is one of the co-hosts of the GRACIE Award-winning weekend radio show Café Mocha. The show is broadcast on over 45 stations including SiriusXM Channel 141. She currently is a correspondent for the Live from E! Red Carpet shows as well as a touring comedian on tour with Martin Lawrence, Dave Koz and her own self titled “Time To Laugh” Tour. From 2015-2022, she was the cohost for the Nationally Syndicated Daytime Talk show, “The Real “ on Fox and from 2020-2022 Loni was the co-host for E! Daily Pop and guest co-host for E! Nightly Pop.
In 2019, she became the first female host on the mainstage of the Essence Music Festival in the Superdome in New Orleans. For a lifelong road comic this was Loni’s largest audience of 50,000. In 2020 she also hosted the first-ever virtual Essence festival celebrating the magazine’s 50th anniversary.
Loni’s second book, "I Tried To Change So You Don't Have To: True Life Lessons debuted in June 2020 and received a glowing review from the New York Times. The book is an inspiring, hilarious memoir about learning to resist the pressures of conformity, love yourself for who you are, embrace your flaws, and unlock your true potential available. ABOUT NICK CHO
Nick Cho was born in Seoul, Korea in 1973. He immigrated to the US in 1975 with his father and mother, eventually settling in the Washington DC suburbs in Northern Virginia where he grew up.
After a number of different jobs including car sales, music teacher, and assistant to a radio producer for a nationally syndicated comedy radio show, he opened a small coffee shop in Washington DC in 2002 called "murky coffee." He moved to San Francisco in 2010, co-founding a new coffee company called "Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters."
Nick established himself as a leading expert in the specialty coffee industry, transforming different areas including barista championships and cafe design. He created and launched the competition known as the "World Brewers Cup," which has been crowning the best coffee brewing professionals in the world since 2011. He also created and hosted the first podcast for coffee professionals in 2005 called, "The Portafilter Podcast." Nick has traveled the world as a leading industry expert to speak and teach at various venues and events throughout the coffee world.
He's led the industry serving as a founding member of the Barista Guild of America Executive Council, a member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America board of directors, the chairman of the US Barista Championship, member of the SCAA Technical Standards committee, and served on the World Barista Championship board of directors. He was also the US Southeast Regional Barista Champion of 2006-2007.
ABOUT J. KEITH VAN STRAATEN
J. Keith van Straaten is a content producer/writer for TV game shows, including The Hustler, Master Minds, Funny You Should Ask, and In the USA Today, and wrote trivia questions for Bally Sports. He was also a longtime senior writer on NPR’s Ask Me Another.
Previously, he wrote many of the games on GSN’s Chain Reaction and the iPhone trivia app Arena. He created and hosted the live matchmaking show The Fix-Up Show, as well as hosting What’s My Line? – Live On Stage and Comedy Central’s Beat The Geeks.
J. Keith has appeared on Best Week Ever, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Beverly Hills, 90210, and a deleted scene in Gilmore Girls.
As a journalist, J. Keith has written about COVID and comedy for the Los Angeles Times, points and miles for ThePointsGuy.com, and theatre for tdf Stages magazine.
J. Keith has two cats and is an avid Angels fan.
ABOUT HELEN HONG
A fan favorite on the hit NPR podcast Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, Helen Hong also co-hosts the celebrity trivia game show podcast Go Fact Yourself. Helen's acting credits include roles on Never Have I Ever, Silicon Valley, the Jennifer Garner Christmas movie Family Switch, and 5 seasons of The Thundermans on Nickelodeon.
A long-time touring standup comedian, Helen's comedy special Well Hong was co-produced by Comedy Dynamics and Tribeca Film Festival, and is streaming now on Amazon Prime & Apple TV+. Audiences love Helen's lightning quick crowdwork which can be seen on her Instagram and TikTok @funnyhelenhong.
A breast cancer survivor, Helen makes light of her cancer experience (and her "fresh new boobies") onstage. She also brings light to Asian-American issues with her family's YouTube channel "Old Korean Dad Stories."
