This is a hike to get your heart pumping — and not for beginners. The pace is approximately a 19-minute mile on difficult, steep terrain for a 6.6-mile hike (1,100-ft. elevation gain) with Laguna Canyon Foundation volunteers. Each participant must register individually in advance and bring water, closed-toed hiking shoes and sun protection.
