  • Victory Theatre Center, 3326 W. Victory Blvd., Burbank

Leo Marks and Ann Noble perform on stage in the play "Crevasse." She's sitting on a chair in a gray sweater, gray hate and blue skirt, showing him a booklet or newspaper. He's wearing a suit, including a vest, but his jacket is draped on the back of her chair as he squats and reads what she's showing him.
(Matt Kamimura)

Crevasse, by local playwright Tom Jacobson, is a two-hander that looks at a real-life meeting in 1938 between photographer (and Nazi propagandist) Leni Riefenstahl and Walt Disney. The L.A. Times said it was "extremely well-acted, directed and designed" during its summer run; the show is now re-opened for the month and plays at the Victory through Oct. 27, so it’s a great opportunity to see this well-reviewed gem.
