Indulge in a six-course collaborative dinner series with chefs Michael Cimarusti and Sam Baxter with Brad Mathews from Bar Le Côte in Los Olivos. The dishes include Bar Le Côte's signature scallop crudo, steamed sea urchin custard, ravioli of California spiny lobster, char-grilled California black cod and warm persimmon pudding. Add an additional wine pairing for $50. No outside bottles will be allowed during this dinner series.
