A cartoon illustration of a light blue low riding car with the vanity license plate 'STEM.' The car's front end it elevated in the air and it is driven by a red robot with the letter 'M' on its front and wearing yellow sunglasses. Two flowers are attached to the robot. In the background is a blue sky with clouds and a blue planet with craters and an orbiting ring. In the background are blue buildings, including the LA Public Library downtown with its iconic triangular tower, along with a giant Erhlenmeyer flask the same size of the buildings and containing red liquid. A red rocket with a blue nose and green wings piloted by a red robot is blasting off in the sky, leaving a trail of pink and yellow exhaust.
