Sugar Palm at the Viceroy Hotel launches the Chef’s Tasting Table, which features six courses along with a few extra surprise dishes along the way. Taking place at the restaurant’s indoor bar one Friday per month, the intimate dining experience has just eight seats available with a different theme each time. Executive Chef Jason Francisco guides guests through each course. The first two dinners on Oct. 27 and Nov. 10 feature a seafood theme with dishes like tuna tartare, salmon tiradito and charred octopus. On Dec. 15, guests can indulge in a special holiday edition.
