The Bloc in the heart of DTLA presents its 2024 FitspoLA Series! Personal coach Rony will be leading a Vinyasa flow and restorative yoga class open to all levels. Classes are free and open to the public and will be held rain or shine. Registration is required. Bring water and your yoga mat!
