I'm a member, how do I find my member access code?
Check your inbox including spam folders for an email with the subject "Your access to Voter Game Plan+" from LAist containing the code. If you are a member and cannot locate the code or email, please contact the LAist Membership team for assistance.

Why is my membership access code not working?
Access Code: Make sure you’re entering the correct code by using the code supplied by LAist membership to you in an email. If you did not receive the code or cannot locate the email, contact the LAist Membership team for assistance.

Email Address: You may be logged in with a different email address than the one we have associated with your membership. If you know the email address associated with your membership, you can login with that email address here. If you are still having access issues, please contact the LAist Membership team.

I paid but why can't I access VGP+ features?

Why do I keep getting asked to sign in even though I’ve signed in before?
The most common causes are cleared cookies/cache, an interfering ad-blocker, or session confusion from multiple devices/browsers. Try clearing cookies/cache, disabling ad-blockers, or ensuring a consistent setup. If the issue persists, contact us.

I logged in with the wrong account, how do I login with a different email?
Go to the main navigation menu, click “LOGOUT”. Click “LOGIN” in the same menu or navigate to a page and the login prompt will appear.

I became a member instead of paying the $7. How do I get the access code?

Why do I have to pay for this?
Access to Voter Game Plan guides will always be free. When you upgrade to Plus, you get access to these helpful tools to save time during the primary now and the general election in November. Your payment helps to support the work to bring you our voting guides. If you have questions, we want to hear from you.
