Are you ready for the Year of the Tiger? As part of the celebration to welcome in the Chinese New Year the annual Golden Dragon Parade filled the streets of Chinatown yesterday, and LAist Featured Photos pool contributor Bob Kent shared a selection of images from the gathering.

You can still take part in the merriment by heading to Chinatown today to enjoy the Lunar New Year Festival which is happening until 5 p.m.
