Karl Rove, ACLU & Others in on Prop 11; What's Going On?

Daily Kos writer, tenayaca, dug deep into the contributions and expenditures of Prop 11, a November proposition that will allow the redrawing of state district boundaries overseen by an independent commission after the 2010 census. Simply put, if passed, it will turn the state into a very Republican place, according to her.

And while that may or may not be true (it's kinda hard to tell), she does point out who is contributing and receiving money for this proposition we have yet to really hear talked about much. And it's a pretty interesting mix of people.

Who has thrown money behind the support of this prop? Best friend forever to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has given $250,000. And, hey, look, T. Boone Pickens, the Texas oil man, the man behind the controversial "little solar" Prop 10 and who bought out like 60% of the airtime on MSNBC, gave $100,000 And not to mention that the CEOs of the business world gave some help:
