In which a band of bandana-wearin' hippies are part of a gang who catch a catapulted brick of marijuana sent over the U.S.-Mexico border in the dark of night. This Taiwanese animation helps us understand just how an ancient technique--the catapult--was how this Mexican "gang" got "high," and then got busted...a story that made the rounds in the media last week.
