Video: Man's Ankle Snaps When Brawl Outside Nightclub Spills Into Santa Monica Blvd. [Graphic]
A man broke his ankle during a fight outside a West Hollywood nightclub early Tuesday morning—and the incident was caught on video.
TMZ posted a clip of the fight that happened around 2 a.m. in the middle of the street outside the DBA club on Santa Monica Boulevard. In the footage, a group of guys punch and kick a man who ends up on the ground. When he gets up, his ankle is bloodied and he screams in pain. Witnesses yell in the background that his leg is broken.
Sgt. Richard Bowman of the West Hollywood Sheriff's Dept. told LAist that deputies arrived at the scene after receiving reports of a fight. However, none of the parties involved wanted to file a police report nor prosecute, so deputies left.
