Jack Nicholson Pissed Off Clippers Fans Last Night
Longtime Lakers fan Jack Nicholson caused a stir when he showed up to the Staples Center to witness the end of the Clippers' season last night. All sorts of celebrities were in the house to watch the Clippers face off against the Oklahoma City Thunder, including Rihanna. But when Nicholson showed up on the jumbotron, the crowd didn't appreciate his apparent bandwagoning:
Man, the look on Jack Nicholson's face as Clipper fans booed him when they put him up on the big screen was priceless.

You can't really hear the boos in this video from last night, but you can see him offering up his trademark Nicholsonian shrug-and-smile:
Jack isn't the only celebrity that didn't get a warm welcome this week. He didn't improve his standing in the Clippers community when he was caught (perhaps unintentionally?) snubbing some young Clippers fan on camera:
There's a precedent for this: Nicholson rooted for the Other Los Angeles Basketball Team back in 2006. But he did explain his presence to an ESPN reporter:
Yeah, I went up and asked Nicholson if he was a Clipper fan now. He said, "no, but I'm rooting for them tonight."

I said to Jack, "You know you're making the Laker fans nervous." He smiled and said, "Good"
