Sometimes a driver is so far gone he doesn't need a sobriety test.

That seems to be the case for a man pulled over on the northbound 55 Freeway in Orange County. There are few details about the incident in question but the video was uploaded by a viral video company Rumble Viral two days ago. They say that before the camera was flipped on, the driver in question was going very slow and hitting the side walls on the freeway. It was in broad daylight.

A CHP officer pulled the car over, and the video starts rolling as the officer walks up to the car. The driver is too far gone (on whatever substance) to stand. He lies down right near an active lane of traffic. Then the officer pulls him out of the way and asks him to stand. He tries a couple of times but just can't do it until he finds a rail for support.

The OC Weekly called it "Orange County's Worst Drunken Driver EVER" but sadly this is probably only just one of the worst drivers caught on video.
